The Punt Room is our largest private Christmas party space, accommodating up to 50 guests seated or 70 standing. With high ceilings, natural light and a private terrace, it is ideal for office Christmas parties, group dinners and festive drinks with colleagues, friends or family.

Our Tank Room can accommodate up to 30 guests seated or 40 standing. The Punt Room can accommodate up to 50 guests seated or 70 standing. Speak to our team and we will help you choose the best space and layout for your Christmas party.
We are located at 1 King Street, Cambridge, CB1 1LH, in the heart of the city centre. We do not have a private car park, so we recommend travelling by public transport or using one of the nearby city-centre car parks.
Yes, live music can be arranged for private events. Please speak to our team about your requirements when booking.
Yes. You’re welcome to play your own music during your event.
Yes. Cancellations made with less than four weeks’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
The deposit is £10 per person for food bookings and £5 per person for drinks bookings.
We’re flexible with how you settle the remaining balance. You can either pre-pay in advance or pay on the day of your event. Please note that we don’t accept payment by BACS.
Yes, our Christmas bookings are made by submitting a booking enquiry. Please complete the booking process on the website as usual (by clicking ‘Book Now’ ) to submit your enquiry, and our team will respond ASAP to confirm. If we don’t have availability on your chosen date or time, we will happily suggest an alternative time we can accommodate you.
